Overcoming long-term hunger is an imperative What will moral

Every time the rich countries get together to fight hunger in the world there are more hungry.

Moreover, the Organization of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) can not raise the funds needed to halve the number of hungry people has the planet because powerful countries are opposed. global hunger increases dramatically: they are 960 million people, forty million more than in 2010 and experts warn that the situation may be exacerbated.

should be aware that the world has an overabundance of food, but every year more hungry. The problem of hunger is not production but distribution. So the question remains the same: do away with hunger?

So the conclusion is inevitable: the hunger is not an economic problem but a political one and, from now, "essentially moral.

El hambre lleva a la enfermedad y a la muerte; obliga a las familias a gastar sus escasos recursos en atención sanitaria; limited learning abilities of children, decreases productivity and prevents people from exploiting their natural abilities, slowing economic growth and leave the country without the means to achieve an acceptable level of development.

The fight against world hunger is not only a moral imperative is also a beneficial factor for the economy and security of all societies. Indeed, hunger is often not the result but the cause of conflict and civil unrest and directly influences the rural exodus and emigration.

In Argentina, hunger and poverty-human faces and stories are more poignant and visible expression exclusion. The so very presence of these situations and millions of people deprived of their liberties, the full development of their capacities, from the socially constituted as such rights are more fully shows that something is wrong from the economic process, from public policy that relates to all institutions.

All political-economic models that were in effect to date has failed and now adds a new one: the lack of government an important part of this social problem from its underestimation in official measurements.

hunger, especially in Argentina is not the beginning of the problem of social neglect, it is its higher risk and expression. Hunger is a national disgrace and every city in the country is spreading, just because the rulers do not want to accept.
